u-he has announced that all their major products will now run natively on Apple Silicon (M1 and beyond) Macs. The updates bring a significant performance boost to e.g. Diva, Bazille, Hive, Zebra2, Satin and Presswerk, especially if the host application has also "gone native":
- Windows and Linux users also benefit from the update:
- Improved browsers, easy drag & drop soundset installation.
- New load balancing in Hive means that most presets will use even less CPU.
- Support for MTS, a new project-wide microtuning standard (see oddsound.com).
- New GUI designs for Triple Cheese (freeware) and ZebraCM (magware).
- Better overall performance for all plug-ins on all platforms.
As usual with u-he, these updates are free.
