ZenSound has released Giedi, a new collection of 200 patches for Zebra2 and Dark Zebra. They say:
Dark Zebra Giedi is formed by the original Zebra2 Giedi patches, all revisited and redesigned for Dark Zebra adding more analogue feel, lush and complex layered patches.
Bleak, dystopian and edgy; the ideal tool for action, dark, nordic noir music projects and soundtracks.
Inspired by the soundtracks of Hans Zimmer (Dune, Blade Runner 2049), Hildur Gudnadottir (Chernobyl, Battlefield 2042), Paul Leonard Morgan and P.T. Adamczyk (Cyberpunk 2077) and the works of artists such as Nils Frahm, Lorne Balfe and Jon Hopkins.
Suspenseful percussion loops, dynamic sequences, abrasive bassloops, dramatic & damaged synths, lush pads and apocalyptic soundscapes, a nice fit for an abandoned underground laboratory complex, a dangerous dystopian metropolis, weird and macrabre crime scenes, an isolated city infested with a lethal outbreak, a frozen mothership trapped in the gravitational pull of a black hole.
Dark Zebra Giedi contains the revisited patches for ZebraHZ (200 patches) and the original patches for Zebra2 (200 patches) summing up a total of 400 patches.
