Cycling '74 has updated Max to v7.2.2.

- MIDI: multiple MIDI devices of the same type are given a '#' suffix.

- pipe: fixed crash with lots of floats.
- poly~: fixed 'bad number' error from note messages with symbols.
- poly~: fixed 'target 0' float input issues.

- prototypes/styles: now saved to ~/Documents/Max 7.
- standalone: fix for 'fileusage' problem when building a collective from a patcher.
