YummyBeats have updated Massive Evolutions II and Massive Evolutions II Free to version 2.0, free updates for current owners.
New Features & Recent Changes:
- New Formant/Vowel Filters.
- New Presets added.
- New Preset Loader / File Browsing.
The Vowel Filters
The new filters are all designed by YummyBeats and suited to each preset. No onboard Vowel or Formant Filters have been used. All filters are controllable via MIDI CC 01 (Mod Wheel) and via After-Touch which also allows you to use them easily during live performances. Simply load one of the new [VOW] presets and you are good to go. More presets to come. You can also edit the presets e.g. to modify the vowel sound. Read the accompanying User Guide or watch the videos (below) for more information.
New Slots / File Browsing
When loading a preset into one of the slots, the system's default file browser is now used instead of a large dropdown list, which is more comfortable. Furthermore the new system allows you to create your own file structure or even change the preset names or add ratings to the preset name.
