XiiixxiQ has updated Roundels to v1.2.0.
Changes:
- Re-written MIDI clock/trigger routine making it much more reliable.
- Re-coded general routines to lower CPU usage.
- Some Advanced functions temporarily disabled for redevelopment.
- New Subset / Komplex page added.
The new Subsets / Komplex page is based on a deep analysis of the internal structure of the vast majority of the Euclidean Rhythms available to the user. The relationship between the chosen primary set and the resulting subsets (and/or supersets in a Komplex) can be tightly controlled to be either a strict (no variance) relationship, or one with looser ties (higher variance) giving a user-defined range to the number of related sets available. This consequently allows the user to impose and make use of a well-defined hierarchy, and create a sense of order within their rhythmic development.
