Yeah this dude is shady and doesn't deliver on his promises. He pre sold Wusik Station 10 last spring with a release scheduled for late 2019. It's spring of 2020 and he's updating version 9? There's been no communication about the status of version 10. Stay away from these products.
I've not had any issues with delivery from Wusik. He has personally answered my emails in the past when I had questions. I don't know the details of your issue but I purchased the recent group buy (even though I already owned some of his products) and so far have received the first set of updates as promised.
For a one-man shop, I think his products are pretty decent and he has developed and refined a lot of product considering.
As a programmer myself, I know the difficulties of development first-hand and also appreciate what it takes to also run the business side of things providing customer service and support as a small business owner, .
