ToneBoosters has released updates to all current apps and plug-ins and released GonioMeter, a new, free tool to identify problematic frequency ranges for stereo imaging and stereo-to-mono downmix compatibility.
The updates are provided free of charge to existing customers. Some highlighted updates include:
- Pro Tools AAX plug-ins: native support for Apple Silicon (M1, M2 processors); support for EUCON hardware controllers.
- Barricade 4: improved sound quality when changing parameters in the UI; new input and compressor make-up gain controls.
- Equalizer 4: improvements in visualization, UI and auto-make up gain calculation; new option to overlay input, output and external side chain frequency spectrum.
- Flowtones virtual analog synthesizer: efficiency improvements; new configurable gate LFO to allow for new modulation patterns of a wide range of synthesizer parameters.
- GonioMeter: a new, free tool to identify problematic frequency ranges for stereo imaging and stereo-to-mono downmix compatibility.
- MBC Multi-Band Compressor: UI improvements to enhance your workflow, including linking of gain and threshold controls across frequency bands.
- Morphit headphones correction: wide range of new headphones models available for headphones correction.
- Reverb 4: improved sound quality when changing parameters in the UI; improved reverb Freeze quality.
- All apps and plugins: improvements in efficiency, stability, usability and plugin-host interaction.
