Softube Introduces New Tube-Tech Plugins and Updates

Softube has announced the release of a new plugin and updates to its Tube-Tech range of plugin effects and bundles. The latest offerings include the Tube-Tech SMC 2B Multiband Compressor, the Tube-Tech Complete Collection 2, and updates to the Tube-Tech CL 1B Mk II plugins.

Tube-Tech SMC 2B Multiband Compressor

Softube's latest addition, the Tube-Tech SMC 2B Multiband Compressor, is a three-band opto compressor engineered to offer users increased flexibility in handling dynamic processing tasks, mix buses, and various audio elements like vocals, drums, and bass.

The SMC 2B is renowned for its high fidelity and flexibility, and Softube has painstakingly modeled every component and stage to ensure the software faithfully replicates the hardware's capabilities.

Modern features, including stereo processing options, mid/side processing, parallel compression, and Sidechain input, provide users with greater control and flexibility while preserving the original unit's sound.

Tube-Tech Complete Collection 2

Softube is also unveiling the Tube-Tech Complete Collection 2, an updated suite of audio tools that now includes the newly introduced Tube-Tech SMC 2B Multiband Compressor. Existing owners of the Tube-Tech Complete Collection can take advantage of a special upgrade offer to access the extended features of the Tube-Tech Complete Collection 2.

Tube-Tech CL 1B Mk II Updates

Softube has enhanced its Tube-Tech CL 1B and Tube-Tech Classic Channel Mk II plugins. The CL 1B compressor in both versions is now accessible through a single interface, making it simpler for users to switch between the sounds of Tube-Tech CL 1B Mk I and CL 1B Mk II.
