New Sonic Arts have updated Nuance, the sampler plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows, to v1.6508. The update features the following enhancements:
- OpenGL compatibility enhancements (especially for older / low spec cards).
- SFZ import: several fixes and enhancements.
- Improved keyboard handling including passing space-bar to host (e.g. for transport control).
- Enhanced waveform rendering.
- Audio & MIDI Setup dialog improvements.
- Menu handling improvements.
- Sometimes adjusting modulation depth could crash.
- Replacing sample in mapping editor could crash or cause silenced output.
- Changing Group focus when modulation menu was open could crash.
