La Blatte Cafe has released Les Blattes Splatte, a free 12-slot drum sample player for Windows.
Les Blattes Splatte is simple and straightforward to use without any more than basic controls (volume, pan, retrigger, pitch adjustment, MIDI note configuration, MIDI channel selection, and output routing). Each slot can be routed to one of 8 stereo outputs. It can use 16 or 24-bit WAV files and comes with a set of samples with which to get started.
Les Blattes Splatte is free and is available for Windows as a VST instrument plug-in.
