Castle Instruments has released a version of their Seiko DS-250 synth sample library. The original DS-250 hardware synth was used by J.M Jarre on the Rendezvous album.
Castle instruments sampled the DS-250 and added extra features such as: Velocity, resonant filters that can also be controlled via velocity, LFOs, ADSRs for amp and filters and a full effect section; The extra features allow more sound shaping ability than the original hardware, yet still retaining the additive synthesis sounds of the original hardware. It comes with 110 presets and 30 Multi's.
