Antares have released Auto-Tune 4, initially available for Mac OS 9/X (VST, MAS & RTAS) and Windows (DX & RTAS). Windows VST and OS X Audio Units versions will follow in the not-too-distant future.

Auto-tune is available for purchase for $359 USD. If you purchased any version of Auto-Tune 3 after December 1, 2003, you are entitled to a free upgrade to Auto-Tune 4. A fully functional 10 day trial version is available for download.
