Subscriptions

By purchasing a Product Subscription from Audionamix, Inc you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

6-Month Product Subscription.

Your 6-month subscription begins when Audionamix confirms your payment and continues for a period of six months. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. At that time, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of six months at then-current pricing. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current subscription term. You will continue to have access to the software and any updates until the end of the subscription term. To cancel, go to your account dashboard, select the Subscription tab, and click cancel.

Annual Product Subscription

Your annual subscription begins when Audionamix confirms your payment and continues for a period of one year. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. At that time, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of one year at then-current pricing. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current subscription term. You will continue to have access to the software and any updates until the end of the subscription term. To cancel, go to your account dashboard, select the Subscription tab, and click cancel.

Free Trial Period

2-day free trials are available for XTRAX STEMS. If you sign up for a free trial, you are required to provide a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, we will charge you automatically when the trial period ends, for the first term of either a 6-month or annual subscription, depending which you have chosen.

The 2-day trial period begins when Audionamix confirms the validity of your payment method after you place the order for the trial.

At the start of the third day, your trial will automatically convert into the plan you selected and your payment method will be charged for the first term of the selected subscription.

To cancel your free trial before the trial converts to a subscription, log in to your subscription dashboard, then click Cancel.

General Terms and Conditions for Product Subscriptions

Subscriptions to Audionamix products are non-returnable. No refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription period.

If you allow your subscription to lapse, you will no longer be able to use the software.

An internet connection is required to use and manage software licensed on a subscription basis. Without an internet connection, your software may stop running. Subscription pricing is subject to change. If the pricing changes, the new pricing will take effect upon renewal of your subscription plan.

Software Upgrades

Periodically Audionamix will upgrade products and/or cloud based servers. These upgrades may create compatibility issues with older versions of Audionamix products.
