Is there an early digital eq that was migrated into a plugin?
Something that has that grit of early digital devices, but still sounds good.

When people talk about the sound of "vintage digital" they mean delays, reverbs, modulation FX etc. I have never, ever heard anyone rave about the sound of early digital EQs or filters (ok maybe the Virus or something, but that's a synth filter).
Anyways, Eventide has the H3000 Band Delays plugin with a filter algorithm that's taken from the 80s H3000. It's a cool plugin but there's really no special sound to these filters or anything.
