I wonder if anyone could explain how to create these kind of “Reese kicks” (I don’t know what’s the actual name of this sound so I called it this way). Some examples may be found here:

Not hearing any unison on those kicks, tbh.
Top one just sounds like a kick on top of a distorted saw bass
Second one sounds like a kick on top of some funky Serum bass.
Second one blends in quite well, so I can understand your confusion. It does have a reese bass at 40 secs, but that disappears before the kick comes in. And I really don't hear anything special in the raw kick sound
