Ample Guitar plays MIDI pattern based - HOW TO export???

Ample Guitar uses the right places, pattern-based, when playing the MIDI.
How can I export this?

Most of the MIDI is keyboard based. Every keyboard has only one key for one note.
Therefore, when I import MIDI and make the melody track a guitar track, I end with the melody on one or two strings but played over all 22 – 24 frets of the guitar (see picture1 below).

But the guitar has a different layout than a keyboard. And so I have the same key in different positions across all the six strings. For playability it is very important, on which string which note is played.
I learnt the shapes, as the standard pentatonic shape that is played over all sic strings of the guitar.
