Hello
I'm writing because I'm having a big problem with the DrumComputer plug-in.
It's the first time it's happened to me since I've been using it for several years.
Whatever folder I open in which I have used it, when I click on
DrumComputer to open it, instead of the plug appearing, there's just an empty white screen.
I can no longer access the plug, or the sound banks I've created.
I've tried in several different folders with, unfortunately, the same result of this white screen.
I'm very, very annoyed because I've got sessions planned and I can't use my sounds or work any more.
My version of Drum Computer is 1.2.6, and my DAW is Digital Performer 10.13.
I'm on Mac Os Mojave 10.14.5.

I've been in touch with Sugar Bytes for 2 days now and they've recommended
the following steps to take:
- to login to my account and download and install the latest DrumComputer version again.
But before installing DrumComputer again, delete the following files:
/Applications/Sugar Bytes/DrumComputer
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/DrumComputer.vst
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/DrumComputer.vst3
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/DrumComputer.component
Then start Digital Performer and close it again.
This will make sure that the cash file is overwritten.
After that install the latest version of DrumComputer.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work!
the screen remains hopelessly white...

For your information, all my other plug-ins from Sugar Bytes work perfectly.
