Is there a way to save the output of the GD-6 (strumming and picking patterns) as MIDI? I'm using it within UVI Falcon, so maybe there is a script within Falcon that will produce and output that MIDI for use in the DAW.
I have searched the manual, the AcousticSamples website, and this forum and come up empty.

There is a midi out script in Falcon, but the UVI (edit: I mean acousticsamples) guitars are locked, I couldn't find a way to get the midi out.
I also couldn't get the strumming work with the UVI world suite.

I'm afraid it's impossible, the patterns use string numbers, timings and many info tied to the guitar engine that can't be translated to MIDI (otherwise we would have done MIDi patterns, it would have been much easier).

OK. Thanks. I have found a work-around, using pitch detection on the audio output, converting to MIDI. Not great, but OK.
