I'm assuming the 'Windows 10 performance improvements' are 'doesn't destroy your machine by make it unbootable'

I can't even access my account (I did enter my e-mail but never got a return e-mail) so how do we even download these updates?

So the "new" PC versions are the same 1.0.7 versions from last year that were supposed 2020 releases that were the same 1.0.7 versions from 2019 if I remember correctly
So unless they're really bad at naming conventions with updates, they haven't updated at all

Yeah it's strange that the numbering is identical to the dangerous original versions. I only have 3 Air plugins but these latest versions once unzipped seem to have time stamps as follows:
Hybrid 3.0.7 - 18/05/2020
Vacuum Pro 1.07 - 01/03/2021
XPand 2.27 - 01/03/2021

"Windows 10 performance improvements" = No crashes due to installing an older version of PAC/iLok.

Another fun thing, the screenshots in the email are almost as large as the GUI of the actual plugins when loading them in the DAW.
