I created two support tickets to remove plugin activation from my old machine (to which there is no longer any access). But for more than two weeks no one has answered me.
Only a notification comes to the mail that my appeal has been accepted. :o

I first contacted the support for iLok, but I was redirected to support Eventide ... :(
