There is no point even emailing Air is there, do they even exist anymore ?

If you bought the plugin from a 3rd party, you go into an endless loop because you have to register the plugin, and the Air site has been "under renovation" since- FOREVER. If you bought directly from Air, you might have some luck.

I've seen Air techs respond in these forums.

In the meantime, if your DAW has a DPI setting, enable it, or disable it. And, you may have to play with your monitor's resoultion settings.

If you bought the plugin from Plugin Boutique, they'll give it a shot at a fix, based on my experience with them.

You should post your DAW, the exact plugin, and computer specs. A KVR member may have a solution.

Sorry it looks like you might be using an out of date installer have you run the latest update at our website?

Which daw are you using do other daws do the same on your system?

This was a fresh install directly from your website.
Reaper, other DAWs act the same yes.
