Presets for Vermilion

I am looking at the Vermilion software to purchase. I have three questions.
Are presets included and how much does it typically cost to add other presets as they come available.
I also read about an issue with the VST3 and Reaper. Has this fix been implemented at this time?

Hello! I think replayed and sent you a pack with more presets, or I'm wrong ?
But anyways, Vermilion comes with a pack with presets in the installer.
