Receptor 1.7 stuck on initialization

Hello,

I was trying to install a sampler plug in (freeware) and the installer was frozen, so I restarted the unit. Now it is stuck on Initializing System....

How do I resume functionality of the unit? I've tried rebooting several times, and unplugged everything.

Any thoughts?
