ext did not store the settings correct. the *.ini file has often 0 bytes.
has anyone the same experiences?

EnergyXT created the file but did not write to it? Sounds like a permissions issue, but maybe not. Can you tell me more about your installation? Are you running it from your home directory? It's been years since I ran the Linux version. I recommend using the Windows version in WINE. The Linux version is quite broken but the Windows binary works almost perfectly in Linux.

i'm runnung it from the homedir. and the permissions are set right. ext stores some times, some times not. my crutch is to copy a formerly saved ini via script before i start a new session. i just detected that the linux ini-file is formatted different against the windows version (no empty lines between).
