Spotlight Strings not displaying properly in Kontakt 5 Full Version

Please see the attached image. This is what I see in Kontakt 5 Full Version when I open the KH Spotlight Strings. Have others experienced this as well? I've got a new Samsung Notebook 9 Spin which has a high display resolution. I've tried different resolution settings but nothing changes, Spotlight Strings still looks mangled in Kontakt. Any ideas or solutions from anyone?

Looks like the NKR file containing all the graphics is not found or corrupt. Uninstall then reinstall, redownload if necessary.
