This file is being used by many many composers.

I think he means he can't use it because it's just harp glisses and not individually plucked notes. It's the same reason I don't use it either.

Of course, can't complain. Might want to list it as just harp glisses though. Harp Performance sounds like a performance harp, IE individual samples.
