Loading Banks

Hi all...Sorry,but I tried a forum search first before posting this question.
I am both new at both Sonar and VSTs. and would like to know how and where to install banks on my pc.
Any help,very welcome.

Banks for which plugin ? Except for Rainbow, banks usually come in the form of fxb files, that you can store anywhere you like. You simply load them up from your vst host.
