House of Kush ignited me in a way no other channel did.
And you just have to listen to his own band Sneaky Little Devil , the production is exquisite, full of beautiful subtle details

Music production:
Unbelievable that Doctor Mix hasn't been cited yet: highly untertaining and interesting
Also Andrew Huang of course.
Sean Divine, excellent for music production and way underrated. Actually knowledgeable, unlike many Youtube "producers"
Venus Theory
Dash Glitch
Anthony Marinelli Music, who worked on Michael Jackson's Thriller
Junkie XL
DATABROTH is invaluable for pro sound design with every synth available and creative fx around (don't miss the live streams section)
Mixing/mastering:
Dan Worrall
Mixing like a Pro
Sean Divine (again)
Mastering.com
For music interests in general :
Rick Beato
Adam Nealy
Benn Jordan
Nahre Sol
David Bruce Composer
12tone

UDI AUDIO - Not sure if it's the best but over 800 videos covering plugins and virtual instruments. Some videos are real deep dive on synth and virtual instruments some just show what's in the box with a lot of sounds demo. I also teach some synth basics and sound design with step by step.

Better yet, do both.
I do feel that watching tutorial can be just a distraction, but there is some good content out there. It's a good way to get some insight. Less useful if you just watch video after video and never put what you're seeing into action...They can also inspire me to get writing, and this is hugely valuable without even really examining the content.
Stuff That Isnt A Total Waste of Life: the oft mentioned Venus Theory, but particularly his reviews of free plugins and his guides to using UVI FALCON. Benn Jordan for modular and other more esoteric gear reviews (Motor Synth for example) plus some interesting sciencey stuff. Dash Glitch for Phase Plant and Bitwig. Eclip for psytrance production and because he's so friendly with really charming use of English (pronouncing chords with the "ch" like in charming). Polarity for massive Bitwig content.
