My twelfth album - "Visitation" - is released today on Bandcamp. It's a collection of four tracks, with a total running time of over 71 minutes, of music influenced by the mighty Tangerine Dream, particularly during their 1972-1985 heyday. There are moments of darkness and moments of light, driving sequences and unnerving dissonances. All tracks were originally written between 2015 and 2022. Final mixing/mastering was completed between May 2022 and February 2023.
It is available as a download for £5.00 in a choice of encodings.
I hope you will enjoy it

Finally, I am releasing the "producer's cut" of my last vocal album Pop Tart. Since I have begun to work on a new vocal album, it seemed like the right time. I will also be releasing some of my older material again soon.
Thanks for listening!

Improvisation on modular & software synths, a bit of bass guitar, a smaller bit of steel tongue drum/Wingie 2. Free/pay-what-you-want. In the general zone of dark ambient, drone, Berlin school (I don't think much about genre when making music).
Where They May
Notes on the release are here -- gear used for each voice, which voices were recorded simultaneously during a take, etc.

Just released another album of my monthly instrumental compositions. Lots of TAL and Arturia softsynths, with plenty of TONEX and Helix guitars.

My latest album is available on bandcamp here and is a collection of somewhat "odd" tracks spanning revisions of very late 1990s up to band new a few weeks ago.
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently now an 'elderly' so maybe I forgot!

Happy to announce my debut electro pop album 'Binary' by Neutronaut! Neutronaut's "Binary" emerges as a vibrant tapestry of sound, drawing inspiration from the pulsating beats of early electronic music pioneers while infusing it with a contemporary Canadian twist. Each track in this electro-pop album is a sonic journey through the vast expanse of synthesized landscapes, echoing the innovative spirit of Kraftwerk's seminal works. From the opening notes of "Nihil," where ethereal melodies intertwine with hypnotic rhythms reminiscent of circuits coming to life, to the pulsating basslines of "Quīnque," which pay homage to the modular synthesizers that laid the foundation of electronic music, every moment in "Binary" is an exploration of sonic possibilities.
This album not only pays homage to the pioneers of electronic music but also charts a new course for Canadian electro-pop, showcasing the innovative spirit and boundless creativity of the genre. Available on all streaming platforms and as a 24bit48KHz download at neutronaut.bandcamp.com.
