Hi all, and apologies if this is wildly OT here, but I'm new to Cardinal and, indeed, modular so would appreciate help. Windows, and DAW is Waveform 12. I've tried several quantising modules and have the same problem with each: any sound sent to them outputs to the amplifier until I connect a trigger to the hold input, whereupon the output is silenced. I tried following this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=deskt ... 9Yy8&t=127 (it's great that I can use the same modules in Cardinal as Omri uses in Rack): all fine up to the point I connect the trigger and, again, silence. I really want to try using modular for random and generative effects, and it's driving me wild that I can't get beyond this hurdle. Any help welcomed, including being told the proper place to post this question

Can you share a patch that does this? From your description I honestly don't understand the problem.

Thanks for the replies, and apologies: a fatal combination of not understanding what I was doing and not watching the vids properly

All sorted now.
