Air Creative Collection Authorization Code Not Working

I just received the M-Audio Keystation 61 MK3 and was setting it up, and installed some of the included software including products in the Air Creative Collection. After installing and then opening Logic Pro X on my Mac (running MacOS Monterey), I was asked for an authorization code to activate the Creative FX Collection and Xpand!2, both included under the Air Creative Collection heading on the download link webpage. I tried using the code given under that heading, but it said it was the incorrect code for both. I have not been able to open any of my music software since installing the Creative Collection because of this.
Can anyone help with this?
