Custom Preset VTines-Vreeds

Hi all, I have purchased the following PlugIns
- B5 v3
- Vtines
- Vreed
that I would like to use in live through the "Cantabile" software. However, I cannot recall a custom preset via midi, but only those set at the factory. We are talking about VST plugins so calling a custom present is a fundamental function. Why is this not possible?
