Purchased 3 sample libraries, one doesn't seem to work

Hello! Hoping there is some simple thing I am missing.

I had purchased, downloaded, and installed Evolution Rock Standard, Evolution Roundwound Bass, and Evolution Songwriter. If I pull open Reaper and load each individual instrument via Kontakt, the rock standard and bass instruments respond to midi input, but the songwriter one does not. The software keyboard appears to be responsive for songwriter, but it doesn't want to track anything from the physical keyboard. The other two behave as expected.

Happy to provide any settings or screenshots or whatever might help!

Can you check to make sure that Evolution Songwriter is set to the correct MIDI input channel? Click on the "i" button that's next to the camera icon in the header portion of the Kontakt instrument to see the audio/MIDI settings. As a test, you could always try setting it to Omni so that it receives MIDI from any channel.
