I put Linnstrument in split mode, with 12 columns in the left split and 13 in the right split. I assigned the left split to MIDI channel 1 and the right split to MIDI channel 2. I renamed an instance of SAVIHost to "Kontakt 5". Opening the renamed instance of SAVIHost launches an instance of Kontakt as a VSTi. I loaded "Akkord Guitar" (there are three versions) and assigned it to MIDI Channel 1. I loaded "Nylon Guitar" and assigned it to MIDI Channel 2. I could play arranger style, with the left hand fingering chords, which are strummed according to a selectable rhythm pattern, and the right hand using the Nylon Guitar as a melody. Of course, other instruments can be used for the lead sound. SAVIHost is a DonationWare VST host that can only load one VSTi at a time; however, it appears that can be used for splits where the loaded VSTi supports "multis".
