Hi Manytone Team ( Greg ,Paul ... )
I 'm fond of funky bass with slap, but i'm not a bass player and i have found a type of playing who is like i want.
you can see it on
http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/se ... ll-2_music
I think it's possible , but when i try ...
So can you make a tutorial or explain what is important for have this.
found the note is not difficult but putting additional fx sound like fret slide , pop ... is difficult for me to have realism.
BUT i strong believe it is possible this is why i have buy it.
I don't know if you have time to do this ... Your help are welcome.
Big thanks
(sorry for my english)
THanks

Sure. I'll have to make a slap/funk tutorial in the future, but for now, I mimicked the bassline in the first video:

Not sure if the cakewalk project file will work, but there's always the MIDI file. It's just the plain smooth bass slap, though you can try it with the growl slap soundset also.
Sorry, it's just quick work, I could do more with keyswitches and more time, but then again, maybe the simplicity is better to begin with.

Hey my pleasure.
It's a really cool bassline, not to mention song.
