I just bought the plug-in but there's no manual in the download and I can't find anywhere to download one from your site...

You will find the manual in the following locations:
OS X:
/Library/Documentation/ArtsAcoustic/Reverb/
Windows:
C:\Program Files\ArstAcoustic Reverb\
