Latest News, Product Listings and Discussion for Oleg Mikheev aka Graywolf.
Purchased Unify recently and have been working on learning the ins and outs of BlueARP. It's a bit of a learning curve, but the collaboration between Graywolf and John Lehmkuhl is a match made in heaven. While the price of Unify may keep some people from purchasing it, it is well worth the price (any price actually)! And putting the power of BlueARP in the Unify world gives the software capabilities that are impossible anywhere else! Try the VST in your DAW, then try the demo of Unify with BlueARP in your DAW (or freestanding) and you'll understand.
Read ReviewI have been playing around with this amazing plugin and it does exactly what I need to play live with my band but can someone please help me route Bluearp in Digital Performer 9.5?
I have tried it using Ableton and it works wonders but unfortunately my sequences are running out of Digital Performer 9.5 and I need this arpeggiator badly.
Thanks in advance.
Read ReviewA brief review: This plug-in is the best musical backing sequencing/arpeggiator ever made so far..
Detailed review:
For me, I've been always wondering why there's no such tool to make "key-altering arpeggiator" which corresponds to not only for the notes entered, but to the number of notes themselves, to alter the sequenced line from simplest to most complex.
This developer did it finally and he is a real poineer in this field just like Stephen Kay (the inventor of well known KARMA*). And the reason why this developer could do this tool is because he's much into arranger keyboards, those keyboards who are considered (by most of music developers) are just toys! The truth is, those arranger keyboards are the creative tools to inspire making good tunes & melodies.
Too many arpeggiator plug-ins exist, but non of them able to express the musician's ideas, flexible, altering with key strokes & creative... Because the developers who made those plugins were just thinking about normal/traditional 70's fashioned analog synth arps... While today's music genres are far beyond the old skool styles, there is always demands to introduce unique stuff, something to take the simpler notes into complex arrays of notes, well sequenced & most important (fully manageable).
It is great for all kind of Electronic genres, Trance, House, Dubstep, Psytrance etc.. But it is also can be good for some really epic orchestral backing accompaniments.. It all depends on user's imagination.
Inspiration level: It gives the maximum level, if you simply layer just a couple of this plugin (for bassline & for some chord hit) running along with decent drum sequence, you can have really great inspiration to make music in minutes...
I hope that I give a good details of this tool.. I really like it, it is essential to me...
