TugGlicento 2.0 was already a very capable and effective glitch sequencer akin to Effectrix, Looperator and others. The dev upped his game with 3.0 and added automation lanes as well as a new distortion effect. No, there is no oversampling feature as far as I know, but since glitches are quick sound bites, it's probably not necessary. The automation lanes, for the master as well as each effect slot, is a very nice touch, allowing you to tweak parameters such as panning, cutoff frequencies, distortion depths, etc with ease. You can easily see where to set your curves because there's an outline of where you've placed a glitch. Even though all of TugGlicento's presets can be counted on the fingers of just one hand, randomize buttons all over the place gives you quick variations if you're in a hurry.

Tried it in FLStudio with Layer and 5 Midi-Outs, that are connected with a Synth, MidiTugSeq then loaded as Insert-Effect. Learn the Midi-Notes (different notes played via Midi-Out and connected with the synth) with running Layer one time and the MidiTugSeq gets them and it runs quite well, but these learned notes always disappear when you stop the track and you cannot leave the Layer-button as the first step, because it plays all Midi-Outs then. In general I like it.

If you want to apply some controlled glitches to a track, this is the plugin.
Basically There are 12 effects. You can select up to 5 effects to be applied concurrently and each effect is step controlled individually. The glitch frequency can be synced or free and the number of glitches for each effect can be set in a grid.
Each effect has its on unique controls so that the effect can be tuned to your taste. And the speed, duration, volume and Pan position also can be adjusted. The duration can also have an envelope applied using Attack and Decay.
There is also a randomizer for each effect that will provide some interesting changes to each effect to try out a variety of approaches and even develop a new rhythm to the glitch.
Included are a fairly representative number of presets to provide some ideas. As well as an overall filter and some global controls.
The plugin performs well and never failed to produce or cause problems - only satisfactory glitches! Because of the extreme number of ways to influence a sound with rhythmic glitches, I found the plugin worthy of 5 stars.

Well, okay, LOL*.
I am not sure if this project is done or in Progress, but i see potional in this Synth...
it is a nice, little, easy, rough and cool Freeware Synth, there is a "don't know special classic" synthesis happening, with FM, Ringmod and such Algorithms for 2 OSC's with Basic Waveshapes incl. Noise on OSC 1.
The most fun is the randomization .
Selfoscillating Filters are pretty cool but also very simple, just 3 Types (LP, BP, HP). I like the Parameter edit per Mouswheel and double-click for Resets Knobs. The Algorithms (FM, WF (Wavefolder?), Ringmod) is affecting a bit too decent. The Volume-Knob there, is that not (should it not better be) a MIX-Knob into original signal path? Because its irritating this Volume Knob works like a Master Volume also, but why in this Section? The Wave Window is mostly over the Limits.
Interessting, if booth OSC Volume is OFF then Ringmod still works (like Hardware right?). WF Dist seems not work correctly in this previous mentioned case it acts like a switch in the full open position, so iam not sure about it.
But here is List i want to see:
Version/ Build Number in the Plugin.
Resize.
Show Parameter Values in LFO (Hz and sync).
OSC Phase.
Better Presets Management and Browser.
Save as (selected) and Save as New (always new).
Intesity Fader vor the Wave FRQ Preview.
If an OSC is off, lets us show that it is off (like fade out orange lines if OCS 2 Volume is zero).
Put the FX in one Row.
Allow us FX routing (Reverb before Delay).
More Modulations would be nice.
OSC 1 has NOISE but, we want to modify this Noise (i think we want this, i am not sure).
Separate Master Volume from the Algo-Section.
Yeah*.
cheers*.
Thank you 2Rule.

As a plug in developer, I am very glad to hear all these suggestions. I am aware of what is missing from 2RuleSynth. Your suggestions are very helpful and true. I was already thinking about what I could change these days. Dealing with audio algorithm is much easier than dealing with GUI, from my point of view. Layout organization is the most time consuming thing in GUI for me. I will work on your suggestions. Thank you very much.Tuğrul (2Rule).

Doesn't work (at least with logic pro on Catalina).
Logic is unable to validate that plugin.

This stuff is actually quite good sounding. It produces LoFi distorted sound. You can't go wrong with it.
For perfection it would need ADSR envelope with initial delay and MIDI note activation or at least sidechain with gate activation. LFO syncable to MIDI or sidechain would help a lot as well.
