I reviewed the actual drum machine and not the software product by mistake - but here's my sound ratings for the RZ-1 anyway...

Toms - dry, thuddy, nicely tuned - 8/10.
Bass Drum - it's flabby and dense - 3/10.
Rim - has some body and snap - 7/10.
Snare Drum - crunch and depth - 7.5/10.
Hi-Hats - slice like a blunt razor - divine - 9.5/10.
Claps - a disappointing fishy slap - 2/10.
Ride - comical (in an 80's toy keyboard way) but absolutely charming - 9/10.
Cowbell - serviceable - 6/10.
Crash - high and harsh - 5/10.
