All the patches from my VOPM OSC 63 track, Module8 Her. All created from init; many meant to be layered & depending on an FX stack to sound right. Hopefully they nevertheless prove interesting!

These are some interesting sounds I came up with that I hope someone could find good use for. Not limited to just chiptune-like samples. Wooden Glockenspiel, Music Box, Clarinet, plus various electronic and alien inspired sounds are included.

Sunsoft's has managed to impress us with sound design since the days of the NES. The first "Batman" game had great sound design and composition. Batman for the SEGA Genesis/MegaDrive is no exception! The music in this game represent a landmark in sound design and composition in any gaming system of it's time. VGM enthusiasts aren't the only ones ready to pick this up! Synthesis tweak-heads would find something to enjoy in this package as well.

Instrument programmings were ripped from various MDX tunes found in Japanese sources. Sorry but they're unnamed, if not hard to look through, but authentic FM stuff you will find there.

This library will not work on the Mac version because, while these are technically text files, they are Windows text files, and the Mac version of this VST only seems to understand Unix text files. The difference is DOS and Windows text files end with both the line feed and carriage return ASCII characters, where Unix text files end with just the line feed.

There are some methods of converting between the two file formats, but with more than 2600 files in this archive, anyone undertaking a conversion is in for a long slog.

You can use this native OS X batch command quasi-unknown by the users but which works very, very well:

Sorry I must have deleted the files when I cleaned out my Dropbox. The new link is this https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxZ5LYx-MoziVzR6US1LYVRUeDA

Just and FYI i found that the AU plugin wouldn't load the files but the VST would.

I have found a new 64-bit version of VOPM, for Windows as well as for OS X:

http://picopicose.com/software.html#footer

It is dated 14 January 2017.

And there is also the source code.

Does anyone know if it's possible to load opm files in a 64-bit plugin host? getting all the instruments to load only works when using a 32-bit DAW (i use fruity loops).

I tried VOPMex but it's the same problem, unless you use the 32-bit VST in a 32-bit DAW it will only load the first intrument :(.

How do I change programs (i.e. patches) in VOPM, especially when importing some OPM file that contains different FM patches?

Tried clicking on ProgNum but that doesn't seem to interact.
