MELOX: Studio Grade Melodica

The sounds are beautiful but it is rather hard to play this expressively. This is a breath controlled instrument in real life and at the very least it should have included some form of expressive control. It has none. The only way to determine volume is by velocity which is never going to give you the soulful results the real instrument is capable of. Such a shame. In every other way this is pure gold but expressiveness is precisely what makes the melodica such a wonderful instrument. In my own view, this fails to deliver on this single most important apsect of the instrument.

It is very cheap and perfect for reggae / dub music. A nice find as melodica is rarely, if ever, made as a VI. Thanks for making it.
