Xhun Audio releases RawPrime Vintage Hybrid Synthesizer with Introductory Offer

Xhun Audio has released RawPrime, a physically modeled hybrid synthesizer featuring an original synthesis approach.

RawPrime makes use of late-1970s / first-1980s telecommunications-class numerically controlled oscillators (NCOs) and digital to analog converters (DACs) components, modeled in the virtual realm.

Such flawed and error-prone vintage technology generates (on purpose) a very large amount of aliasing signals / overtones: RawPrime then uses that signals as its sole sound source.

All this raw sound material is then crunched by an atypical 2-pole resonant low-pass diode-ladder analogue filter with a slightly aggressive tone.

An additional non-resonant high-pass analogue filter, three analogue envelope generators (Curtis CEM3310), two digital sinusoid LFOs, a full modulation matrix, a creative multi-mode polyphonic arpeggiator and two insert/master effects slots complete the setup.
