rf Music has released RED31, a soft synth for Windows that can create different kinds of sounds (basses, leads, pads, keys, etc.) using its 3 wavetable-based oscillators, each with 24 waveforms to choose from, a noise generator, SVF filter, 2 LFOs, 2 Envelopes and 9 effect modules. It has legato and poly portamento playing modes and maximum number of voices up to 16.
