Virtual Eii BTL MIDI Rock Bass

This is a easy-to-use MIDI bass guitar in VST3 and AU format.

We know that special feeling of touching, smelling, and hearing a new instrument. That's how we felt when we got the BTL-4 BLKNB bass guitar. Proudly, we sampled this gem and created a virtual instrument that can be used in VST3 hosts such as Cubase, FL Studio, Reaper, and many more DAWs.

The original bass, ESP E-II BTL-4 BLKNB, which we sampled and brought into the digital world, is a true rock giant by ESP*. It was built in Japan with Spalted Maple and Alder as body material and comes with a Hard Maple neck and Ebony fretboard. Equipped with two Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups and the finest hardware components, this bass delivers outstanding tone quality.

As a MIDI instrument in VST3i and AU format, you will be able to use this bass in your very own music production.

Features:

  • Made in Japan 4-String bass guitar virtualized as VST3i / AU plug-in.

  • Highest tone: G4 (24th fret).

User interface of the virtual instrument plugin

When we transformed the original bass into a MIDI instrument, we stayed true to our philosophy of keeping things simple and user-friendly. That's why we offer an intuitive yet visually striking GUI. Despite its simplicity, we also provide advanced features for power users, such as key switches.

Just load our plugin into your favourite DAW, start playing or programming with your MIDI controller, and enjoy the sound of this bass in your productions.

Here's what the manufacturer say about the original bass:

Formerly called "ESP Standard", all ESP E-II instruments are created at our ESP factory in Tokyo, Japan, and are designed for professional players who accept no compromises in tone, feel, or reliability for their guitars and basses. The new BTL Series basses (...) offers a set of extraordinarily flexible tools for sculpting the perfect tones for any genre of music.

Available in an outstanding Black Natural Burst finish over an alder body with spalted maple top, the BTL basses offer a sonic signature powered by an Seymour Duncan SSB passive pickup set that's paired with ESP's own high-end active 3-band Cinnamon EQ system.

Qualified User Review via https://pfundstein-audio-plugins.de:

I have just purchased a couple of Pfundstein's Bass libraries. The Virtual Eii BTL Rock Bass and The Virtual BassLine Buster Std8 plus. The eight string Virtual BassLine Buster Std8 plus is definitely a unique sounding bass and one I think will get a lot of use.

They both sound very good and are exceptionally easy to use, as they come in Plug in format – not a library were you have to use a sampler. Finally, they are great value for money.

Definitely a recommendation from me.
