I was just wondering: is there a "protocol" (for lack of a better term) or "regular" set of continuous controller numbers that you use (or have discerned is normal) for assigning to the X, Y, and Z axes for your joystick use. So far, I've been using CC82, CC83, and CC84 for X, Y, and Z respectively, but I may have run into an issue connected with it, so I'm wondering if anyone could share any wisdom that they may have picked up along these lines.

Thanks in advance!

It turns out that the issue I was having has nothing at all to do with my X,Y, and Z assignments: I had a Mod Wheel malfunction at the exact same time as my assigning values. FWIW.
