After making a purchase ACEH and PayPal confirmation email, I haven't gotten any email for the download link or login information
send an email to service@amplesound, but no one respond

*need the vst immediately due to artists and producers in my studio and waiting for me to setup and writing

Good luck getting a response, I've tried multiple times in the last two weeks and got nothing unfortunately. Mine is only for pre-sales questions so not so bad, but it's given me second thoughts on whether to give them a miss.
