Activation Woes

[Emergent Design]

Setting up a new rig...one of the most painful things...

I can't activate Sylenth1. I have my code but when I input it I get the following message:

"Unable to activate sylenth 11 (error 20) make sure that your user account has permission to write to the data folder"

So...I thought my permissions are set up correctly so I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be brilliant.

ignore this...I just changed the default installation location of the folder and that seemed to work. /sigh
