Problems with Worldpay

We received news on Sunday that Worldpay are again suffering from a huge DDOS attack (distributed denial of service). This means that their payment processing servers are being flooded with meaningless requests from thousands of computers under the control of an unknown group.

If you're getting a blank payment page when trying to purchase from our website, please bear with us and we'll keep you updated.

PS - it's worth pointing out that these kind of attacks are often coordinated through "botnets", or networks of compromised computers that are infected with one of a number of viruses. I'm sure KVR'rs are well aware of the importance of running a good firewall and anti-virus suite but all the same don't forget to do an update and a full scan every now and then!
