Can someone suggest some good books to learn about orchestral arrangement?

Try Walter Piston - Orchestration

It depends a bit on what type of music you're interested in arranging to some extent. In addition to Piston try Adler's Orchestration or have a look at Rimsky-Korsakov's Principles of Orchestration as it's public domain these days. Get it here:
