Hi everyone!
I have recently discovered that Reaper in its latest version and Cubase AI 11 (and the other versions I suppose) do not save the state correctly. In reaper when modifying the Knobs, save the project and reopen it, nothing sounds like it should and some Knobs like Cutoff filter with low pass mode, it is all turned to the left, even if I have put it in the center before saving.
In cubase it only happens with the filter, if I save a project with the filter modified, when I open the Knob it is completely to the left and if I am in Low pass mode, nothing is heard
In other DAWs like live 11 or FL Studio this does not happen.
To test this problem I have tried with plugins exported with 2.5.6 and 2.5.8

Tested out in my newest project and, confirmed, it doesn't save knob state.

There isn't much that can be done if the bug is in the DAW, we can only contact the developers and hope they will fix it.
About Cubase, on the version I use there are no issues, but it's an older version (9.0).
